Individual Donors- The Arts Angel Program

Individual Sponsors making a difference in the lives of Older Adults in their community.

The Arts Angels program provides a simple way for individuals to help provide arts and humanities programs that have a positive impact on the quality of life of older adults in the Greater Cincinnati Area.

A donation of $100 can provide a facility with a one hour professional arts and humanities program. Please specify when donating.
A donation can also be given to provide a facility with a Creative Aging membership (see below). Please specify when donating.

* No discounts available for Platinum, Gold or Silver Medal; Activity Director responsible for supplying logo jpeg

* Assuming adequate performance space and parking for Large Group Programs. Payment and enrollment form must be in to Creative Aging Cincinnati by January 15th in order to host a Large Group Program.

All programs must be used during the calendar year of membership as they do not carry over

All Creative Aging programs must be scheduled through Grace at 200-6940. If planning to bring your group to a Large Group Program, you must make a reservation with Grace.

Our website (www.creativeagingcincinnati.org) is the best place to find the most current listing of program options. If you do not have access to the website, we will provide a hard copy version of our program options. You will need to mark the appropriate box on the enrollment form.

Facility must fill out provided Program Data Sheet following each performance and return via mail immediately following the program.
