Artist Bio: WhistleStop is made up of the songs we love, with harmonies and guitar pickin’, classic country, and a mix ranging from Doc Watson tunes to Gillian Welch. Kelli Dormke and Dean Kotchka are an ardently acoustic American duo, and together we are WhistleStop. Our upright bass player, Dick Males, will join as well as Nora Denning for vocals and mandolin.
Program Description: We offer a program of acoustic music focused on vocal harmonies. Our arrangements include songs from the 50’s through the present. Most of our songs are popular and well known, easy to sing along with or to make you tap your toes. We encourage folks to join in. We can provide music from one to three hours.
